Introduction
Indicators have been carefully selected to describe the health of your chosen population. They have been chosen from existing data sources (including the Compendium of Clinical and Health Indicators) and compiled in collaboration with the National Centre for Health Outcome Development (NCHOD). The indicators are shown as maps and tables at local authority (LA), primary care organisation (PCO) and government office region (GOR), depending on availability although not all indicators are available for all levels of geography.
From this page you can view the data for your chosen population as a general profile, or you can link to topic data or programme data. Please remember that source copyright conditions (may) apply.
General profile
A general profile of your chosen population shows information across a range of health topics. The general population data allows you to see a range of indicators which together give a general picture of the areas health. The financial data allows you to compare how much is spent across a range of clinical programmes by a primary care organisation.
Please first select whether you wish to see general population data or financial data. Then select whether you wish to see general population data at local authority (LA), primary care organisation (PCO) or government office region (GOR). (Financial data is only available by primary care organisation.) Then select a region and your chosen area.
You can choose to see the data as an atlas or as part of a larger spreadsheet.
